When can I expect my Mail Club?

The Mail Club is mailed on the 21st of each season. If you're in the Netherlands, you can expect it to arrive within 1–3 business days. For international orders, delivery may take up to 4 weeks, depending on your location and local postal services.

My Mail Club hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

If you're in the Netherlands, please wait at least 2 weeks before contacting us, as postal delays can sometimes occur.

For international orders, delivery can take up to 4 weeks from the shipping date (around the 21st of each season). If your letter still hasn't arrived after that time, you're welcome to send an email to bilberrycreative@gmail.com

We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription through your customer account. If that doesn't work, send an email to bilberrycreative@gmail.com

Can I order previous Print Club editions?

Yes!

Can I send the Mail Club as a gift?

Yes! You can have the Mail Club sent directly to someone else. Simply enter their address as the shipping address and use your own address as the billing address when placing your order.
